Coach David Zwank and his coaching staff have a lot of talent coming back for the ADM cross country teams and for the first time this year they will be running when they compete in the Urbandale cross-country this upcoming Saturday.

They will be competing against other schools in the central Iowa area including Des Moines Hoover, Dowling Catholic, Indianola, and Urbandale. Both teams will be running the 5000 meter race, which is the distance that most of the races will occur this year.

It should be a great early season test for the cross-country teams, and a good starting point for the runners afters months of long training.
