Funeral services for William “Bill” Simmer, 82, of Perry, will be Tuesday, October 29th at 10 am at the Hastings Funeral Home in Perry. Burial will be in the Violet Hill Cemetery in Perry. Visitation will be Monday after 1 pm at the funeral home. Family will be present from 5 pm to 7 pm. Memorials in his name may be left at the funeral home and will be later distributed by his family. Survivors include: Wife, Velma. Son, Scott Simmer of Smithville, Missouri. 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Sisters, Doris Fessler and Donna Kadolph, both of Perry.
