Julie Beth Hagendorn, age 54 of 2108 34th St., Des Moines was arrested on Highway 141 near Woodward for OWI.

Jean Holmes of Norwalk was traveling west on Highway 44 when a vehicle driven by Richard Sloss of Woodward pulled out in front of her and struck her vehicle. Holmes was taken to Methodist Main by Grimes EMS. Damage to Holmes vehicle estimated at $4000.00 and $4000.00 to Sloss’s. Sloss was cited for failure to obey stop sign and yield right of way.
