A Colorado man is being held on a $100,000 cash-only bond in the Dallas County Jail for drug charges.

According to the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, 25-year-old Jordan Jack Von Rutenberg of Black Hawk, Colorado was booked at about 1:05 a.m. Thursday for a class C felony possession with intent to deliver charge, a class D felony failure to affix a tax stamp charge, and misdemeanor charges of operating while intoxicated first offense, and possession of a controlled substance.
