Panorama basketball will be back in action after splitting their matchup Monday night.

Martensdale-St Marys made the trip to Panora to take on two Panther teams who have been on a roll recently. The 13th ranked Panorama girls basketball team put their 17-game winning streak on the line. The Panthers held a two-point lead going to the final quarter before being outscored 17-10 in the final eight minutes. This is the first loss for Panorama in more than two months.

The Panorama boys team came in surging winning seven of their last eight games. They had a fierce matchup with a ninth-ranked 17-2 Blue Devil team. Panorama jumped out to a 16-6 lead in the first quarter. The quick start was too much for the Blue Devils to overcome and the Panthers rolled to a 70-57 victory. Kolby Shackelford, Malachi Peasley, and Michael Allen combined for 62 of the teams 70 points.

The Panthers will wrap up the regular season tonight when West Central Valley comes to town. The Panorama girls team won the first matchup with the Wildcats 60-54 and the boys won 79-32.
