As libraries, schools, and other businesses and public places are closed for COVID-19 precautions, Panora Telco is offering help to Guthrie County residents who may be unable to access internet, which can be critical for online learning and other essential work.

Pandora Telco has made free public Wi-Fi zones available to be used at the Panora Telco office area in downtown Panora, Guthrie Center Communications’ office area in downtown Guthrie Center, on the west and south sides of the town square park in Panora, and at the Panora Telco Central Office in Yale on the east side of the street. To access these hotspots users must select the Fiberfast or Fiberfast 2 Wi-Fi network. No password is required, but an email address, real or fake, must be entered. Panora Telco also reminds residents that the public libraries in Guthrie Center and Panora have public Wi-Fi available outside their buildings.
