The West Central Valley softball team is one that will be looking for some great pitching for the 2020 season, and will be looking back towards their ace in junior Abbi Beane and freshmen Marissa Hagen. Beane lead the Wildcats in a number of statistical categories last year including total starts, innings pitched, and strikeouts as well. Hagen led the team in ERA as well as lowest opponents batting average. Both players had the same amount of wins, and both were helpful in keeping the Wildcats in games.

Over the off season both worked on pitching mechanics  to make sure their pitches were more fast and accurate.

Beane and Hagen will be the two main returners on the mound this year, and if both can continue to make improvements to their game, expect better results for the Wildcats young and talented pitching staff this year.
