The ADM Tigers softball team was able to finish off the regular season strongly picking up wins against Chariton on Friday and against Dallas Center Grimes on Monday. The Tigers don’t have a game in region three of the Class 4A tournament in the first round, getting the bye due to being the top seed in their section. That said, they will be staying aggressive including getting some scrimmages against area teams. The Tigers will be playing some scrimmages against larger schools today and tomorrow against Johnston and Waukee, keeping them ready for their semi final game on Saturday.

They will find out about their opponent on Thursday between the winner of Des Moines Hoover and Norwalk. The other side of the bracket will pit Newton vs. Winterset, with Newton automatically advancing in that contest due to all of Boudurant’s players getting the virus, and ending their season.

The Tigers main goal will be to stay fresh and loose throughout the week, with their main focus on finding a way to go out and compete well for regionals, with the goal of making it to the state tournament in Fort Dodge.
