Two new COVID-19 deaths were reported in Guthrie County Thursday as their total case count exceeds 300. 

According to Guthrie County Public Health, one death was an individual who was 73-years-old with underlying medical conditions, and the other individual was over 80-years-old. This is the 12th COVID-19 related death reported in the County. According to the Guthrie and Adair County Dashboard Thursday, Guthrie County has surpassed the 300 positive case threshold for a total of 305. There have also been 186 recoveries. According to the State Dashboard, Guthrie County has an 18.8% 14-day positivity average, eighth-highest in the State. Adair County has six additional cases increasing their total to 85 with 55 recoveries and one death. Adair County has an 8.2% 14-day positivity rate. 

According to the State Dashboard Thursday, Dallas County has exceeded the 3,000 positive case mark. There have been 59 new cases since Tuesday for a total of 3,004, ninth-most in the State. There have been 2,524 recoveries and 40 total deaths. Dallas County has a 6.9% 14-day positivity rate. Greene County reported 29 new cases since Tuesday, increasing their total to 145. They’re also reporting 72 recoveries and zero deaths. Greene County is at an 8.7% 14-day positive average. Greene County Public Health is warning that the total case number will double in 30 days if the current pace continues.
