Adair County reported their fifth COVID-19 related death over the weekend.

According to the State Dashboard Sunday, Adair County has 28 new cases since Friday for a total of 348 total cases, 134 recoveries, and five deaths. Adair County has a 18.8% positivity rate. Guthrie County has 58 new positive cases since Friday, increasing their total to 616 with 355 recoveries and 15 deaths. Guthrie County has a 22.1% 14-day positivity rate.

According to the State Coronavirus Dashboard Sunday, Dallas County has 216 new cases since Friday increasing their total to 5,286, ninth-most in the State. There have been 3,233 recoveries and 53 deaths. Dallas County has a 21.3% 14-day positivity rate. Greene County added 18 new cases, increasing their total to 398, 172 recoveries, and one death, according to the Greene County Public Health Department. Greene County’s 14-day positivity rate is 25.9%.

Statewide, there are a total of 186,316 cases, nearly 10,000 more than Friday, with 107,886 recoveries and 1,985 deaths. The State has a 16.9% 14-day positivity rate.

Additionally, in Region 1 of the Regional Medical Coordination Centers Hospital Data – which includes all of the Raccoon Valley Radio listening area – there are currently 310 hospitalized patients, 66 in Intensive Care Units, and 60 admitted in the last 24 hours.
