The Panorama School Board approved on a 4-1 vote to continue their current mask procedures during their regular November meeting.

The District currently encourages staff and students to wear masks, and it was noted during the meeting that the number of active COVID-19 cases within the District has been consistent since the beginning of the school year. The Board also approved to use possible snow days as virtual professional development days. This means that if a snow day were to occur, that day would be used as virtual professional development, and then the District would hold a regular school day on the following monthly scheduled professional development day.

Superintendent Shawn Holloway mentions that the Board discussed whether to livestream future meetings as they previously did last spring, but the Board decided not to move forward with that because of the small number of visitors that regularly attend the meetings. The Board also approved a resolution to order an election to continue the Physical Plant and Equipment Levy property tax, and discussed offering the voluntary retirement incentive program this year, for which they have seven staff members that are eligible.
