9:32am: A deputy investigated a single vehicle accident on 245 th Street and M Avenue. Eric Morris 42 of Guthrie Center was operating a 2019 Freightliner garbage truck and got to close to the shoulder of the roadway and slid into the ditch causing an estimated 8,000 dollars damage to the vehicle.

10:30am: A deputy investigated a mail scam in the 300 block of State Street, Scranton.

12:37pm: A deputy investigated a fire in the 700 block of Walnut Street, Scranton. The deputy found a neighbor burning leaves and the neighbor agreed to put the fire out due to the smoke going into another yard.

8:37pm: A deputy investigated a dog running at large on Irving Street in Scranton.

9:56pm: A deputy investigated a open 911 call in the 900 block of 270th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all

defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
