With basketball season right around the corner, there will not be a shortage of Kading’s on the court for AC/GC.

AC/GC will be without the top-two scorers and rebounders in Bryce Littler and Quynton Younker this season. The next two in line to lead the Charger’s program happens to share the same last name. Senior Eli Kading was the team’s third-leading scorer with nine points per game. He’s also the teams leading returner when it comes to rebounds as he was behind Littler and Younker last season. Junior Miles Kading is also expected to make strides this season as he led the team with 83 assists last season. Right behind Eli, he was the team’s next best scorer with 8.6 points per game. Then of course head coach Lance Kading will be leading the team from the bench as he’s hoping to increase the Charger’s win total once again, something he’s done ever since the Guthrie Center-Adair Casey merger.
