Accident: A vehicle driven by Justin Miller of Adel was traveling southbound in the 1500 block of Nile Kinnick Dr. S. A vehicle driven by Megan Whitson of Adel entered the highway, striking Miller’s vehicle. Damages estimated at $13,000.00.

Arrest: Nicholas James McGinnis, age 35, 2703 SE 18th Ct., Des Moines, IA, was arrested for Trespass.
