The Greene County High School Prom has been announced and with that comes a traditional fundraiser.

The Junior Class Chili Supper will be held this Friday from 5-7pm at the high school during the district’s MEGA night with the Ram high school and middle school basketball teams hosting West Marshall. The free-will donation meal includes a bowl of chili, crackers, relishes, a cinnamon roll and water. 

Fans who are allowed to attend the games at the high school can eat their meal in the high school commons area. Organizers ask that people sit with their family while they are eating and practice proper social distancing from others. Those who are not attending the high school games can go through a drive-through service. You are asked to pull up to the north side of the high school to the main office entrance and the meals will be brought to your vehicle. 

All proceeds will go to the 2021 “Golden Gala” prom, which is slated to be held at the Greene Room events center at Wild Rose Casino and Resort in Jefferson on April 10th.
