Adel- Desoto – Minburn soccer competed for the first time this season on Monday night for both the boys and the girls, and they were able to find some great success with the girls getting a season opening win 6-0 and the boys doing a great job of defending their home turf winning by the score of 4-0.

Both of the teams were able to get off to very quick starts as both were able to succeed posting their first shoutouts of the season. On the girls side, Ashlyn Watt and Abby Gonzalez were able to pick up their first two goals of the season, as they were very creative offensively and really able to spearhead the Tigers offensive attack.

The ADM boys were able to put up three first half goals and were able to get a pair of goals from senior Josh Pike, as the Tigers were very efficient all night and crisp moving the ball around.

Both teams will be returning to the field on Friday, as both teams look to add to what has been a solid start so far.
