Cooperative weather is in the forecast today for the Greene County High School boys’ golf team as they enter the postseason in Atlantic for a Class 3A Sectional Tournament. Coach Heath Telleen’s Rams will play 18 holes at the Atlantic Golf & Country Club, along with seven other schools.

Coach Josh Carlson’s Greene County girls played in the South Hamilton Tournament at the Jewell Golf & Country Club Thursday in a field of six teams. The Rams did not record a team score. Alex Miller shot 101 for 18 holes to lead Greene County. Kathryn Beaman was at 138 and Josie Weaver 155.

Gilbert shot 344 to win the team title with Roland-Story (Story City) at 366, West Marshall (State Center) 407, South Hamilton 416, and 428 for North Polk (Alleman).
