Tuesday, June 1st

1:08am: An officer checked on an occupied vehicle parked afterhours at 300 North Elm Street. The subject advised the vehicle would not start, but he was working on it. The officer learned the male had an outstanding Arrest Warrant out of Ames, but extradition was surrounding counties only. He advised the male of the warrant for his arrest and advised him to go to Ames and take care of it.

11:19am: Gary Parker advised of an Abandoned Bicycle at Maple and Park Streets. The officer placed the bike in the Impound Lot.

12:01pm: An officer checked on a car on the shoulder of the roadway near 220 th and Elm Streets. The subject had pulled over to use his phone. No assistance was needed.

1:25pm: A caller advised of a Careless Driver in the 1000 Block of West Wall Street. The officer spoke to a juvenile and a parent about the driving complaint.

5:22pm: Paul Hostetler reported Barking Dogs in the 600 Block of West Washington Street. The officer spoke to the owner of the dogs and issued a Verbal Warning for the Barking Dogs.

5:24pm: An officer assisted the GC Ambulance with a Medical Call in the 100 Block of Ram Drive.
