Andrew James Grenko, age 49 of 4121 SE 5th St., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana.
Logan Ramsey of Dallas Center was driving west on Walnut St in Dallas Center when he drove through the intersection at 15th St., and Walnut attempting to perform an evasive maneuver when he struck a vehicle driven by Janele Dieleman of Des Moines. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicles estimated at $400.00 each.
Lori Geadelmann of Adel was traveling north on N Ave. when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $4000.00.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
