Guthrie County school districts are offering a free summer lunch program.

Panorama schools provide weekly meals for children 18 and younger. Breakfast and lunch grab and go pickups are every Wednesday from 11-11:30am at the Bagley Community Center, the shelter house in Jamaica, the Memorial Park in Yale, in Linden next to the post office and the west side of the secondary building in Panora. The program is available now through August 4th. If you want to be included, email Bob Rogers with Panorama at Bob Rogers at  bob.rogers@panorama.k12.ia.us

West Central Valley will also have grab and go style pickups for weekly meals with breakfast and lunch. Wednesdays, meals can be picked up from 11-11:30am at the middle school in Redfield and the elementary schools in Dexter and Stuart, along with the city park in Menlo. Additionally, there will be a weekly pickup on Thursdays from 11-11:30am at the high school in Stuart. The free program for those 18 and younger will be from June 16th-July 28th. The Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center School District also has a free meal program now through June 30th. For those in Guthrie Center, meals will be served from 11:45am-12:45pm at the elementary school from Tuesday through Thursday. Those in the Adair-Casey area can pick up weekly meals from the Boys and Girls Club in Adair on Tuesdays from 6:30-7pm. Those interested in receiving free meals can contact the elementary school in Guthrie Center or the Boys and Girls Club in Adair.
