The Panora Chamber is putting on a special promotion to encourage people to shop locally. The Be Local Discount Card allows customers to gain special discounts at 26 different businesses. These businesses range from food to construction. Kristin Rummelhart describes the process of using the Be Local Cards.

“So they will purchase a card and then we will have posters up at the participating businesses. They will show their card and get that specific discount. It runs from July (2021) to July of next year.”

The cards can be purchased for $20 and are available  at Crafty’s Coffee & Gifts, T&K Designs, or on the Chamber website.
