8:27am: A deputy investigated an assault in the 600 block of South 13th Street, Grand Junction.

12:31pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 200 block of East Percival Street, Rippey.

4:37pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check on Madison Street in Scranton.

5:38pm: A deputy investigated a theft of services in the 900 block of Eagle Street, Scranton.

6:35pm: A deputy assisted with an unruly child in the 100 block of Sunset Drive, Grand Junction.

7:33pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 900 block of Locust Street, Scranton.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
