Raccoon Valley Bank is prepared to celebrate a ribbon cutting and food truck festival in Adel tomorrow.

Raccoon Valley Bank announced a series of food truck festivals throughout the month of September and will host another festival from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. tomorrow at their location in Adel. President and CEO Terry Nielsen says it will also be celebrating a remodel at the Adel location.

“We are doing two food trucks down at our Adel location which has basically been totally remodeled here over the last 9 to 10 months. We are doing a ribbon cutting with the Adel Chamber at 11 o’clock. Would love to have customers come down and take a look at the new branch and maybe have a bite to eat with us.”

Nielsen tells Raccoon Valley Radio the remodel consisted of improving the inside of the building as well as the outside landscaping and parking lot along with other updates which have helped improve customer and staff experiences. Nielsen encourages people to come out and enjoy the food and visit the building.

“We are excited to see some more of our customers, we are cautious, we understand that we’re still in part of a pandemic but we’d sure love to have you come by the remaining food truck festivals in Adel and Dallas Center in the coming weeks just to either say hello or just stop by and get yourself a nice meal.”

The food truck festival will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. tomorrow at the Raccoon Valley Bank location in Adel and will offer free food from Snappy’s Stick Fire BBQ and Hot off the Presses and participants will be able to tour the newly remodeled building.
