Once again WCV head football coach Jim Lindsay sat down to talk about the 2021 season on the Wahl McAtee Tire & Service Center Guthrie County PM Sports Page.

The Wildcats are coming into their Van Meter game this Friday after a rough loss to AC/GC. Lindsay was asked about how he’s preparing for the Bulldogs. “Same thing as last week. We’re going to focus us. Trying to get ourselves better and compete. That’s all we can do. They are pretty solid in every aspect of the game.” Coach Lindsay went on to describe the changes that are being made ahead of the Van Meter game.

“You know we’re not going to make too many changes. We’re just going to keep working on what we do. We have yet to run a perfect play. We’re going to keep hammering on that. Make some slight tweaks and adjustments.”

The Wildcats will be back at home to take on Van Meter with kickoff at 7pm on Friday.
