A Perry man was charged with a felony after an incident occurred Thursday. 

According to the Perry Police Department, 28-year-old Toh Toe of Perry was charged with a Class D Felony for going armed with intent and misdemeanors for false imprisonment and domestic abuse with intent or display of a weapon after an alleged incident happened Thursday.

Toe was arrested and taken to the Dallas County Jail.
