A Perry man was charged with a felony after an incident occurred Thursday. 

According to the Perry Police Department, 28-year-old Toh Toe of Perry was charged with a Class D Felony for going armed with intent and misdemeanors for false imprisonment and domestic abuse with intent or display of a weapon after an alleged incident happened Thursday.

According to the police department, shortly before 7 a.m. Thursday they were informed of a domestic incident that occurred at approximately 2 a.m. Thursday morning and spoke with the victim and made contact with Toe. Toe allegedly was armed with a rifle that he pointed at the victim during a domestic incident.
