The Panorama Panthers girls and boys basketball teams took the court again Tuesday night in a double header against the Earlham Cardinals in Earlham.

The season is still young but for the Panthers girls basketball team they remain undefeated in the young season sitting at 4-0. For the girls side of things the Panthers have picked up impressive wins against the Mount Ayr Raiders, Madrid Tigers as well as the IKM-Manning Wolves before beating the Cardinals 58-28 Tuesday night.

In their victories so far this season the Panthers girls have scored more than more than 50 points in each of their victories while their opponents haven’t eclipsed the 30 point mark yet against the Panorama Panthers girls basketball team.

For the Panther boys the game needed five quarters to determine the outcome as at the end of regulation the score was tied 41-41. After then end of five quarters the Panthers boys came away with a 48-47 victory as the final shot from behind the arc by the Cardinals fell short of the bucket and the Panthers picked up their first win of the season and moved to 1-3 on the year.

For the Panorama Panthers girls and boys basketball teams they will hit the court again this week when they travel to Stuart Friday to take on the West Central Valley Wildcats with the girls to tip off at 6:00 p.m. with the boys set to begin their game at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
