
The Dallas County Board of Supervisors approved a rezoning at their regular meeting Tuesday.
The Board approved rezoning for Alternate Route Properties that takes a 150-foot piece of land and changed the zoning from agricultural to light industrial. Also, the Board approved Ernie Rudoplh as an Adams Township Trustee.
The Board received an update on the federal vaccine mandate and agreed to put a pause to the implementation of policies until more information comes out. Additionally, the Board approved Treasurer’s Office appointments for Heather Smith, Summer Portzen and Nancy Hagelberg.
Finally, the Board held budget workshops for human resources, Board of Supervisors, operations administration/facilities and IT/GIS.
