The Stuart City Council will meet Monday. 

The Council will consider for approval the promotion of Police Officer Katie Guisinger to sergeant and a request for overtime and part-time pay during employee absence. 

The Council will hold a public hearing for the 2022-23 fiscal year proposed budget and take action on the item, along with a public hearing on development agreements with Aust Hotels and SH & B LLC, including annual appropriation tax increment revenues to the payment of the agreement. 

The Council will consider for approval a city attorney proposal, a residential building permitting proposal, cemetery mowing and spraying bids and sale of street equipment and the water tower improvement project permanent easement for construction and maintenance of the water distribution system from the following property owners S&C Partners LLC and Community Care Center.

The Council will hear two proposals for liability insurance renewals from Town and Country and United Risk Services And First Mainstreet Insurance, discuss the town cleanup date, and hear Historic Preservation Commission and Economic Development Director updates.

The Council will meet in the Stuart Council Chambers at 6:30pm.
