3:02am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a medical call in the 600 block of North Vine Street.

12:09pm: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 200 block of Cartwright Street, Rippey.

2:38pm: A deputy investigated a truck that was in the ditch on M Avenue near 220th Street. Michael Downey 38 of Carroll was arrested for operating while intoxicated 1st offense, Carrying weapons, and open container.

3:37pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 500 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

4:40pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on Hager Street in Grand Junction. Alex Treft 31 of Grand Junction was cited for driving while suspended.

4:50pm: Joseph Peterson 39 of Paton was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

6:26pm: Michael Downey 38 of Carroll was booked into the jail for operating while intoxicated 1st offense, carrying weapons, and open container.

7:39pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious person on 130th Street near T Avenue.

8:00pm: George Glasgow 50 of Scranton was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

9:04pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on S Avenue near 220th Street.

Saturday, August 6th

1:16pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of drug paraphernalia in the 1100 block of Lincoln Street, Scranton.

5:08pm: A deputy investigated suspicious activity in the 200 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.

10:48pm: A deputy, Grand Junction Fire, Greene County Ambulance, and Jefferson Fire responded to a building fire in the 1900 block of 290th Street. The building was a complete loss.

11:10pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near B Avenue.

Sunday, August 7th

11:34am: A deputy conducted a welfare check on 220th Street and T Avenue.

3:27pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 600 block of Jefferson Street, Scranton.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
