12:16pm: An Officer was advised of possible suspicious activity in the 500 block of East Lincoln Way. The Officer checked the area.

1:19pm: An Officer was advised of an attempted “telephone scam” in the 500 block of N. Chestnut St. The Officer provided advice.

3:39pm: An Officer was advised of a possible harassment situation in the 200 block of E. Clark St. The caller just wanted the information documented.

4:00pm: An Officer issued a “Parking Violation Notice” to Makala Semke, of Jefferson, for “Parking Between Lot Line and Curb”.

5:04pm: An Officer assisted Greene County EMS in the 600 block of Highway 30 East.

6:19pm: A traffic stop at Elm St. and Lincoln Way resulted in Christopher Winey, of Gilbert, AZ being issued a citation for “Fail to Obey Stop or Yield Sign”.

8:15pm: A traffic stop in the 900 block of N. Elm St. resulted in Taylor Wagner, of Jefferson, being issued a citation for “Excessive Speed”.

******* After the completion of an investigation started on October 29, 2022, an Officer has charged two juveniles with “Possession of Alcohol by Person Under 21”.
