Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Tigers girls basketball was back on the court for the second consecutive night as they took on the Van Meter Bulldogs on Tuesday night, and the Tigers were able to find another victory as they were able to win by the score of 64-31. ADM improves to 2-0 on the season.

The Tigers were able to get another great night offensively as they were able to put up over 60 points for a second consecutive game. The Tigers put up 60 plus points in only two game total last year.

The team was very good defensively as they were able to slow down Van Meter for the majority of the night, as they have been strong on that end of the floor through the first week of the season.

The Tigers will not have a game over the Thanksgiving break but will be back on the court next Tuesday when they welcome one of the top teams in 4A in Dallas Center – Grimes. Coverage of that game can be heard on True Country K1079.
