The incredibly busy stretch of games for the Paton-Churdan basketball girls continues tonight in Coon Rapids vs. Coon Rapds-Bayard after a Thursday night loss in Danlap to Boyer Valley in make up action by a 76-53 final. Beccas Anderson had 23 points and Emma Stream added 19.

After tonight in Coon Rapids, it’s a game in Westside vs. Ar-We-Va on Jan. 16, then home action on Jan.17 with CAM (Anita).

Boys’ coach Greg Jacobs notified Raccoon Valley on Thursday afternoon that his boys’ team would not play last night or tonight. The coach sited injuries as the culprit. The Rockets do not have the necessary five players to start a game. The coach is hopeful to play again on Monday.
