The Stuart City Council will meet in a special session Monday.

The Council will have a 2023-2024 budget work session, and consider for approval a resolution setting a time for a public hearing for the purpose of considering the maximum property tax dollars from certain tax levies for the city regarding the proposed Fiscal Year 2023-2024 budget.

The Council will then hear from Public Works Director Jim Henderson about a cemetery mowing contract extension with TCB Lawn Care, LLC. Main Street Marketing Owner Nate Westre will also make a presentation, before the Council hears an update on, and considers for approval the Kwik Star Site Plan, and sidewalk agreement.
