The Iowa Supreme Court will visit and hear arguments in Perry in the month of April. 

The proceeding will take place in the Perry Performing Arts Center at 7pm on April 4th. The court will hear attorney’s argue the following case: State vs Autor, Regenerative Medicine and Anti-Aging Institutes of Omaha and Omaha Stem Cell. In which the state seeks civil penalties, money judgment and joint and several liability against defendants who operated a stem cell clinic and sold stem cell products based on health and anti-aging claims that were false and deceptive. This hearing will be free and open to the public.
