Iowa paint manufacturer Diamond Vogel and Keep Iowa Beautiful recently announced awardees of their 2023 grants and one recipient is going toward a project in Guthrie County.
Guthrie County resident Kristine Jorgensen submitted an application for a project at the Museum Building at the Guthrie County Historical Village, and the submission was able to receive the award. Free paint is awarded to communities based on submissions by community members for projects in their towns. In their over 20 year partnership, Diamond Vogel and Keep Iowa Beautiful have awarded over 13,270 gallons of paint for community projects in Iowa.
