
The Panora City Council met in regular session Monday night.
The Council approved the request by the Guthrie County Arts Council to allow the possession and consumption of wine on the square during the Guthrie County Arts Festival, so long as it is not brought in from outside the festival. They also approved three resolutions pertaining to the Iowa Economic Development Authority Community Development Block Grant, including alternate signers for a signature authorization form, acknowledgement of environmental review requirements and certification of compliance.
The Council also approved partial payment number one for Spring Lake Construction LLC, and annual support for Midwest Partnership in the amount of $2,500, before hearing a departmental report from City Administrator Lisa Grossman.
