West Central Valley had plenty of action going on lat night, as three sports were in competition. The boys soccer team fell 2-0 in Class 1A Region 7 action against the Van Meter Bulldogs, finishing their 2023 season.

The Wildcats softball team was down early, allowing the Panorama Panthers to score 2 runs in the first inning, and 1 in the third, before the Wildcats scored three of their own. The Panthers were only allowed one more run, before West Central Valley brought in 6 more, and won the game 9-4.
