6:42pm: A deputy picked up a found bike in the 1000 block of Sandoe Street, Grand Junction.
8:13pm: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 1100 block of Irving Street, Scranton.
9:55pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on U Avenue near 290th Street.
11:01pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 400 block of South 12th Street, Grand Junction.
11:40pm: A deputy assisted the Clarke County Sheriff’s Office with locating a runaway. The runaway was found in the 300 block of West State Street, Jefferson.
Tuesday, August 29th
4:46pm: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 100 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.
9:08pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint in the 900 block of Sand Street, Churdan.
9:59pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of an underage party in the 400 block of Harding Street. Several people fled from the scene; the rest were of age.
Wednesday, August 30th
9:31am: Cody Husar 20 of Churdan was booked into the jail for violation of probation.
12:52am: A deputy investigated a verbal dispute in the 600 block of South 15th Street, Grand Junction.
7:04am: The Sheriff and a deputy investigated an open 911 call in the 100 block of State Street, Scranton.
8:00am: The Sheriff, a deputy, Iowa State Patrol, Jefferson Fire, and Greene County Ambulance responded to a two-vehicle accident on 220th Street near K Avenue. The Iowa State Patrol is investigating the accident.
5:50pm: A deputy investigated a theft complaint in the 2400 block of Quest Avenue.
Thursday, August 31st
12:39pm: A deputy investigated an open 911 call in the 600 block of Adrian Street, Churdan.
2:20pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 230th Street near U Avenue.
4:41pm: A deputy, Jefferson Fire Department, Greene County Ambulance assisted the Jefferson Police Department with an accident investigation involving a car and a school bus at the intersection of Olive Street and Lincoln Way.
7:59pm: A deputy assisted with cattle out in the 1300 block of Kirkwood Avenue.
8:20pm: Sara Schwery 44 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for failure to obey stop sign and yield the right of way, open container- driver 21 or older, and operating while under the influence 1st offense.
8:21pm: The Sheriff assisted a motorist on 220th Street near Y Avenue.
8:23pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious activity complaint on 270th Street and B Avenue.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
