The candidate list for the upcoming mayoral and city council elections has been released in Dallas County.
According to the Dallas County Auditor’s Office, there is one contested city council and one contested mayoral race. The City of Perry has two candidates running for mayor that includes Dirk Cavanaugh and Sir A.W. Adams. The City of Bouton has five seats open on their city council and seven candidates running. Those candidates include Robert Slaughter, Angela Bru, Jesse James, Elizabeth James, Julie Jensen, Jordan James and Meagan James.
