Dallas Center – Grimes boys soccer was on the field on Thursday night on the road against Urbandale, and the Mustangs were able to pick up a nice road victory getting the win by the score of 2-0.

After falling to West Des Moines Valley earlier in the week, DCG was able to pick up a major win, and were able to improve to 9-3 on the season.

DCG was able to put together a great offensive attack as they were able to put together nineteen shots total and find goals from senior Tate McDermott and senior Ben Jackson. The Mustangs were able to control possession for the majority of the evening and really put together a nice showing overall.

The boys will return to Little Hawkeye Conference play on Tuesday night when they take on Norwalk on the road, as they will be on the hunt for win number 10 on the season.
