Monday, April 29th

2:31pm: A caller reported a male subject begging for money and disturbing local customers at Elm and Lincoln Way Street. The subjects had moved on before the officer’s arrival.

2:34pm: Callers advised of vehicles stopped in the roadway near Westwood and Linwood. Several vehicles had to stop in the area because of this. Traffic was backing up and it was reported two of the drivers were shoving another driver in the road. The officer’s investigation led to two of the driver’s being issued a Summons to Appear for, “Disorderly Conduct.” Andrew Kekoa Martin, 20 of Scranton and Devin Thomas Schmidt, 20 of Jefferson, will appear in court for the charge.

3:34pm: Carl Hale reported a rock breaking a window in his residence at 402 East Madison Street. He reported a neighbor was mowing when this occurred. The officer spoke to the neighbor, who agreed it was most likely thrown by his mower. Both parties agreed the neighbor would pay for replacement of the window.

4:27pm: Conrado Jaimes reported being threatened by a roommate at 407 East State Street. The officer spoke to all parties present, but found no evidence of the threat.

4:57pm: Tim Magill reported a large groundhog in his garage at 1200 Riverside Drive. The officer coaxed the animal out of the garage and it left the area.

7:23pm: Chelsea Flack reported a Careless Driver on North Elm Street. The officer did not locate the reported vehicle.

9:25pm: Conrado Jaimes requested an officer back at 407 East State Street, as the homeowner was not allowing him back in the residence. The officer arrived and spoke to both parties. The officer advised the homeowner that since Conrado has lived there for 5 months, she must do a formal Eviction Process.
