Dallas Center – Grimes track and field will be on the track today as they will be on the hunt for trying to send athletes and teams to the state race. DCG will be competing at Council Bluffs Abraham Lincoln as they will be looking to put together a strong showing in front of a great crowd.

The other schools that will be participating in this event include Ankeny, Council Bluffs – Abraham Lincoln, Council Bluffs – Thomas Jefferson, Sioux City East, Sioux City North, Sioux City West, and West Des Moines Valley.

The Mustangs have put together a sharp season, and will be hoping to qualify both teams fully for the state event next week.

The event for both of these teams will be beginning at 4 pm, as the Mustang team will be looking to put together a tremendous showing with hopes of getting some state qualifiers for next week.
