Wednesday, May 8th

6:14am: Officers responded to an Alarm Activation at 300 American Drive. The officers checked and found the facility to be secure.

6:25am: Officers removed tree debris from the roadway near Lincoln Way and Oak Streets.

8:25am: Officers assisted with the “Bike to School Day.”

11:45am: Suesitta Schmitt reported a possible break in at 201 North Cedar Street. Nothing was reported missing. The officer is investigating.

3:11pm: Officers assisted the GC Ambulance with a Medical Call in the 200 Block of West McKinley Street.

6:20pm: Marcus Greene requested an officer at 606 Hwy. 30 East for an out of control passenger in his vehicle. The officer’s investigation led to the arrest of Marcus Lee Greene, 29 of Greensboro, NC for, “OWI 1st Offense – Serious and No Valid DL.”
