Nov. 7th

Skylar Hayes, Guthrie Center, was driving in the 31000 block of Old Hwy 6 when he turned onto 1st Street in Redfield.  He turned in front of a vehicle driven by Todd McNeal, Omaha, causing a collision.  Mr. McNeal’s car came to rest against a building at the intersection.  Both drivers were checked by EMS on the scene, but refused transport to the hospital.  Mr. Mc Neal’s vehicle had an estimated $44000 damage and the building had an estimated $17300 damage.  Mr. Hayes’ vehicle had an estimated $1500 damage.  Mr. Hayes was issued a citation for Fail To Yield Upon Left Turn.

Parker Oviatt, age 25, 1405 Vine St, Dallas Center, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence and Unlawful Possession Of Prescription Drug.

Steven Sholley, age 60, 1215 Bateman St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Operating While Under The Influence.

Nov. 8th

Riley Rohrer, age 20, 10054 Jandel Ave NE, Monticello, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.  He was also cited for Possession/Purchase Alcohol By Person Under 21, Speeding and Person Under 21 Using Tobacco/Vapor Product.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
