The AC/GC Chargers girls basketball team has started the season off with a 6-0 record.

The Chargers started things with a few scrimmage to get warmed up, before hosting their first regular season game. That ended with a 73-49 victory against the IKM-Manning Wolves. The team then traveled to Stuart and took on the West Central Valley Wildcats, finishing that game 48-27. Game three saw the Chargers hosting the Woodward-Granger Hawks, and taking win three with a final score of 56-28. The team then took down the Van Meter Bulldogs in game four, finishing the game with a 50-42 score. The AHSTW Vikings were the next team to visit Guthrie Center, and fell to the Chargers 51-19. The last game for AC/GC before winter break was against conference rival Panorama. The Panthers were on a 32 game win streak against the Chargers, but AC/GC finished the game with a 61-40 victory, keeping the unbeaten streak alive for the season.
