On Monday, the West Central Valley Wildcats cross country teams met for one final time to celebrate their season and accomplishments during the Wildcat cross country team banquet. The Wildcats came together as a team to enjoy pizza provided by the WCV Booster Club, with coaches distributing letters and plaques for the athletes.

Nine varsity runners received their varsity letter on Monday as: Dallas Morgan, Rhowen Miller, Kiernan Hutton, Grayson Nims, Carson Tigges, Conner Coil, Jasper Algreen, Collin Jacoby, and Bentley England were all recognized for their hard work and dedication this season. Four runners also received a plaque with different awards, as Morgan was recognized as the MVP female runner. For the boys, Tigges received the MVP male runner plaque, while Hutton was given the team leader award and Conner Coil was recognized as most improved.
