The leader of the Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Boys Cross Country Team reflects on the great upperclassmen that helped lead the squad in 2025.
Head Coach Josh Chapman, who just completed his sixth season, shares that watching the boys develop into young men from their freshmen to senior year is truly incredible. The Tigers had nine seniors for the 2025 season, and Chapman emphasizes that he got to learn more about them on a personal level.
“You really get to know them and how they can impact your team. And there’s definitely a few guys that when you look up at our varsity results, you may not see these names, but they’ve had a huge impact. That’s the kind of makeup of this senior group and I’m going to miss their work ethic and their leadership that they brought to the team.”
ADM qualified to the state meet in Fort Dodge for the sixth consecutive year, and marked a 10th place finish.
