The Greene County Board of Supervisors will meet today.

The Board will hear a 2027 fiscal year funding request from Elderbridge Area Agency on Aging, and then consider approving a resolution to transfer funds from the American Rescue Plan Act to the general fund for the HVAC project on the Greene County Courthouse and hiring a part-time custodian for the courthouse. They will also consider for approval a resolution to accept a proposal for a new Human Resources company for the county, as well as the tax increment financing (TIF) certificate for the 2027 fiscal year.

Next, the Board will act as the Drainage District Board of Trustees and will consider approving payments to a contractor for work completed in two districts, as well as AgriVia for handling the county Drainage District Clerk responsibilities. Finally, the Board will consider for approval recanvassing votes for the at-large city council seat in Rippey.
