
Perry basketball returns to action tonight, wrapping up the week at home playing host to the Roland-Story Norsemen. The Jayettes take the floor first at 6pm, with the boys to follow at 7:30 with coverage on KDLS beginning at 5:45pm.
The Jayettes look to continue to improve offensively, as Perry has struggled against teams that incorporate the full and half court press against the Jayettes. The Jayettes currently sit at 2-3, with a 0-3 record in conference play lead in points and rebounds by junior Lily Myers with 63 points and 82 rebounds.
For the boys, the Bluejays enter tonight’s contest with fresh legs, after Thursday’s boys only game against Boone was cancelled due to the weather. Perry currently sits with a 1-3 record, with a 1-2 conference record and are lead in points by senior Gustavo Drahos with 103 points and 23 rebounds.
Perry basketball wraps up the week at home, with double header action against the Norsemen tonight. Coverage begins on KDLS at 5:45pm with tip off for the girls at 6pm with the boys to follow at 7:30.
